Had a flat tire and I dropped in on a busy Saturday. They were able to get my flat fixed in about an hour. Everyone was very helpful. They had coffee and snacks available while waiting and lots of seating. They also didn’t charge for fixing my flat tire. Super awesome gesture, I’ll definitely be back for my next tire purchase!

Excellent service! The staff was professional, fast, and very helpful. They changed my tires quickly and did a great job. I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Way better than discount tire! Very good deal for everything. Service tech was super friendly and although it took some time to fit the jackstand under vehicle due to the old tires being so dry rotted, they were sitting low causing the rear end to sink down it was figured out as quickly and safely as possible. I'm moving long distance and they are even willing to do an additional safety check on the lug nuts to make sure they don't come loose on the way to another service call since this secondary more reliable check has to be done with two people. I will come back for future tire needs and continue to use this company for my car and bus. They will even get me a better deal on car tires for my car (last tire store I went to I was charged over $2200 for four new car tires) and they have a better deal for less for the car when it comes time to replace my car's tires. They are also $20 less for getting an alignment done than at other tire stores available in the area. You get more for less at this company, plus the customer service is top quality! Very impressed! Thank you!

This morning, 6/22/26, I visited this shop at 8 AM opening. The manager Sean greeted me at the door, processed my request timely and Julio completed the work all by 8:30 AM. From outside the open bay I witnessed a the service team tackling the job. Tech Julio was very detailed, thorough and time efficient in completing work at the best standard of performance beyond my expectations. This was an excellent customer transaction and I praise the Company for delivery of the exemplary service I received today. Steve Mackey Kent, Wa

I paid for an oil change with a new filter added on. I waited and was informed they didn't have the filter in stock. They called the warehouse and ordered a new one. The driver was already enroute so they asked me to come back and the filter would go out the following day. When I returned, they tried to put in the new filter and it was the wrong one. They told me I could wait but the delivery would not come for a few hours. So I decided to come back another day. They also asked to keep my paperwork which is not the proper procedure. Well today I came back at 8:15am to have the new filter installed and was told it would be approximately two hours before they could put it in. Are you kidding me? It was a five-minute job and they couldn't make a concession for a customer who had paid upfront and acquiesced to their lack of professionalism. So now I will return on Monday morning at 8:00 am and get a refund for the filter. I am so disappointed in how this situation was handled or rather not handled by Les Schwab. I have had my oil changed here before and was satisfied with no issues. This time the outcome was different. If the company cannot perform for the customer, I see a
